Infrastructure:  With 3 full time IT Professionals and 5 Accountants in place, Sona Shows can provide an excellent back office support for any venture / event. It has a full functional office with over 6,000 sq. ft.the office houses several computers / printers and DS3 (High Speed / Fiber Optic) Internet facility throughout the facility.

Man Power:  along with 3 IT Professionals and 5 Accountants, Sona Shows has over 15 field representatives available 24X7.Each of these representatives have been working as a team for at least 7+ years. Each of these individuals possesses excellent communication skills.Each of these representatives have a valid US license and are very mobile.

Marketing:  We currently own email database of several thousand patron.Any event that is being organized / promoted by us is marketed through TV / Radio / News Paper / Other Print Media and of course through email blasts. We print and distribute over 100,000 - four color fliers and handout of customers.Our FULL PAGE advertisements run in all the major news papers every week up to the date of the show.

Media Relationships:   All the events organized / supported or promoted by Sona Shows get a huge publicity from various media partners.Either it is Print / Radio or Television, L.A. Tan & Sahil has a very excellent reputation and Public Relationship that all the Media Partners provide additional coverage to the events hosted by them.

Hospitality: 

We have always accommodated our guests in at least a 3+ star hotel. All the guests are served 2 meals a day and a very good breakfast is provided to every individual. All the food is freshly made and catered in from very reputable restaurants of Chicago. So far, every celebrity that has visited Chicago, has ALWAYS loved the hospitality provided to them and their team. Not one single celebrity has complained about the services that they might have received from us. Not only that, we have always provided excellent transportation for each of these individuals either it is from the Airport to Hotel or Hotel to the Venue or moving around the City for shopping.

Pre & Post Production:  This is the most important factor that sets us apart from our competition.For any event, whether is Bollywood / Musical or Stage Show - we have always paid extra attention to the Production values.We have always exceeded the expectations of the script writers and producers of any such events.we absolutely do not cut any corners when it comes to production.We strong believe in the fact that the pyro / music / lighting and other related things that provides memorable effects to any event.
